Stayed 10 nights, good experience! Clean and spacious AC room and en-suite bathroom, comfortable bed, hot shower, good wifi, a few windows to get fresh air, daily complimentary bottled water, kettle for making tea, quiet at night. Also, staff were friendly and willing to answer questions. Located in a Muslim area, streets could be chaotic but manageable, found some cheap and nice food, and supermarket with good discounts. 10 minutes walk to Mannadi metro station, 5 minutes walk to beach station where a lot of buses stop, therefore not a problem to reach the city centre.

Spacious room. Short walk to the metro (direct line to airport). Manager Krishna was exceptionally helpful when I needed to get a SIM (as a foreigner that is a bit of a process). Accomodating my late checkout request was appreciated (I could do a it sightseeing, cool down in the room and head for the airport). Thank you. I would come back.

This is a hidden gem in the centre of the city. Excellent value for money compared to prominent hotels in the area. There are multiple cuisines in house - you are spoilt for choice. The mustard restaurant and Vivaha Bhojanambu serve amazing food. The complimentary breakfast at the ground floor restaurant is also great. From Mani, the security manager at the front door to every member of staff are courteous and very much customer centric. Last but not the least, Hard rock Cafe has recently been opened within the premises. I would recommend this hotel for great service and excellent value for money.
