it was the most memorable stary at Rustic roots, Not just bcoz of their food and Beautiful Clean rooms but bcoz of Love and hospitality offered by the Owners. ( Mr Vikas Gill and his Son, Bhaktavar Gill ) during our stay we felt like we were staying at our relative`s place, due to their warm nature. generally , the photos shown on any booking portal are of top notch condition , very neat and clean etc etc to entice one to book the place ( nothing wrong with it ) But we were pleasantly surprise to see the photos shown on this portal, don't do the justice to the actual place. the place is way more than beautiful, neat & clean and situated in very serene location. we really regret now that we didn't stayed more and now wanting to visit the place again. Mr. Vikas Gill shown us some very interesting historical places, nearby, which were 1000 years old and built by Persians. if anyone is visiting Amritsar, and longing for authentic home cooked Punjabi food than look no further, this place is right out of any bollywood movie, a beautiful farm house, surrounded by lush green farms. this is also very special, as one did not get to interact with any staff, we were taken care by owners themselves, and their standard for hospitality were pretty high. after staying , at hundreds of homestays & farmstays, I can say that this place comes in top 10 places.

It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to the divine Golden Temple . This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner.Staff was very helpful . Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Thanks to the owner who made us feel homely and comfortable during our stay and explaining the historic importance of Golden Temple and suggesting itinerary to plan our trip well. Fantastic staff. Catered to all of our requests even in the wee hours of morning. Peaceful location, 20 odd mins by cab from the center. Spa and gym particularly stood out for me. Breakfast spread was fantastic too!

We got such a warm welcome - it truly made us feel happy! Everyone was really nice and helpful! It was very nice and thoughtful of them to give us a lovely gift when we were leaving - thank you again! They were very accommodating eg we requested an extra bed in the lobby/living room and it was all ready when we arrived! Our stay was pleasant and comfortable too!

The design, the amenities, each villa is uniquely designed and it gives you a Balinese villa feeling in Amritsar. I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing this property was and I really wish we stayed for longer. The staff were impeccable, service was excellent, the layout was fabulous and you need to stay here only to enjoy the property and the private pool.
