We got such a warm welcome - it truly made us feel happy! Everyone was really nice and helpful! It was very nice and thoughtful of them to give us a lovely gift when we were leaving - thank you again! They were very accommodating eg we requested an extra bed in the lobby/living room and it was all ready when we arrived! Our stay was pleasant and comfortable too!

Despite a mishap with the arranged airport pick up for a early early morning arrival (which was entirely my fault) the staff at the park inn were extremely understanding and kind, they even allowed us an extended check out if wanted so we could get a little more sleep.
