We went here for shirdi trip with my family.. This was new property on booking.com but some amenities meets our requirements so we booked and they full fill out expectations . Hallmark is the neat & tidy condition of the hotel and the rooms. The hotel seems to be brand new and the staff were so courteous and helping by any means. Rooms were well furnished and best of items were provided in the washroom. Though walkable distance to the Sai Mandir, the location was quiet from noises. My first visit to Shirdi had a really pleasant stay and darshan.

Excellent customer service. This is our family 2nd stay here and Mr Sachin has been a great support throughout the stay. Excellent hotel. Very clean facility. Gayathri and Rahul (Both reception staff) were really welcoming and helpful. Lots of places to eat around and lots of shops as well. Senior citizens entry gate is 3 mins walk from the hotel. Gate 2 is 2 mins away. Overall, very comfortable.

Great location - nearly five minute walk to temple. Manager was really helpful when I required a late checkout, and needed to find various locations and book the relevant transport.
