I have stayed in many hotels in India from the Taj to the ITC and I can say this hotel has by far been my favourite. The staff are polite and friendly, the management is accommodating and professional. I felt so welcomed I stayed longer than originally planned. The surrounding area is peaceful and tranquil and I rate this a five star venue. It will be my go to place for visiting Bangalore now and for the future. Great location, connected directly to a modern shopping centre. Staff where very helpful and nice, the food was amazing and service form the front desk to the restaurant was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I travel back to Bengaluru I will definitely stay there again.
