the three dogs on the property were a delight for us to play with every day. food healthy and tasty. staff went above and beyond to welcome us (also planned a holi celebration for all guests). the rooms well thought out and nicely decorated. the live plants in the bathroom were amazing.

Location of property and the room are excellent. From each of the room, ice peaks are visible. Room is spacious .

Hobo Huts is in an ideallic location with a sense of calm into the heart of nature's embrace, a soulful communion with the elements. Tucked away amongst the trees and flowers of a peaceful stay. There is a distinctive earthly smell of healthy soil which is rich, clean and fresh. Food is cooked in a traditional way and picked from own organic garden, always fresh and tasty. At night, sit by the fire and gaze up to the clear sky with shining stars. The clear water and vast landscapes will leave one with a breath taking experience. Relax on the hammocks and listen to the sound of the river which is tranquil and invigorating. A timeless soundtrack that connects us to the natural world. Hobo Huts stay was priceless, truly a place of heaven on earth. It was waking up to the sound of the flowing river and chirping of birds. Mr Titu is a fantastic and knowledgeable host. I would certainly recommend Hobo Huts to everyone. Definitely visit Hobo Huts again with a longer stay.

The view, garden, food, ambience all were very good, pleasing and soothing, relaxing. Pure, pollution free environment and mountain added to the hotel experience. Zenoaks Farm Stay - A Hidden Gem in Binsar Nestled on a hill in the serene environs of Binsar near Almora, Zenoaks Farm Stay offers a magical retreat for nature lovers and those seeking a tranquil getaway. My week-long stay here was nothing short of extraordinary. Arrival and First Impressions We arrived late at night and were greeted by Manoj, the warm and ever-smiling host, who met us with a torch at the base of the hill. Accompanying him was Vishal, a young bellboy who effortlessly carried our luggage up the 300-meter climb while I struggled to catch my breath. The path, illuminated only by the torchlight, led to a magical sight: the farm stay glowing with string lights and a warm cup of hot chocolate awaiting us. The welcoming atmosphere, combined with the rustic kitchen area with its simple shed and cozy seating, set the tone for our stay. Accommodation We stayed in a charming cottage, a simple yet comfortable structure made of wood and mud. The room was spacious, well-insulated against the cold, and included two double cots, a single cot, and a firewood place. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the majestic Trishul and Nanda Parbat mountain ranges, visible right from the cottage. Cleanliness and ample bedding made it one of the coziest places I’ve stayed at. Food and Dining The dining experience was a standout. On our first night, Manoj—doubling as a chef due to his chef’s absence—whipped up a delicious meal in just 15 minutes. The menu offered delightful options like aloo parantha, aloo pyaaz parantha, and sandwiches, all prepared using fresh ingredients from the farm. The tea, made with farm-fresh milk and premium tea leaves, was heavenly. A conversation with Manoj about Kumaoni cuisine left me eager to try a traditional meal. Adding to the experience, I got to sample fresh fruits like apples, bananas, and kiwis straight from the farm.

A beautiful property with fascinating history! This hotel is in the middle of the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary, which makes it even more beautiful. It is surrounded by lush green forest. Sometimes, adorable animals and a variety of birds are seen too! If you come at the right time, the Himalayan ranges can be seen so clearly. They actually have a wonderful observation deck to witness the grandeur of the Himalayas! The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the food is great, cooked often with organic vegetables and fruits grown on the property. But the best part about our stay were the hosts, Himanshu and Manisha, who welcomed us with so much warmth and really took care of us. Their hospitality was truly the highlight of the trip. We will definitely visit again.

Location is excellent. Our room was upgraded. View of Himalayas is great to watch from inside the room, attic, balcony outside and even anywhere in the resort. Food was tasty. Breakfast while viewing mountain range has a different feeling. Experience is unforgettable. There is even arrangement for cab driver stay and food.
