The Wallwood Garden is centrally located . It's walking distance from Sims Park. The property is beautifully maintained. The staff is warm & very helpful. Its nice & peaceful at The Wallwood Garden. The travel to & from Ooty , the airport drop was all beautifully arranged by Robin. I would love to go back to The Wallwood Garden sometime soon .

The property indeed reminded of Kashmiri heritage. The interiors and furnishings were authentic. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Shout out to Mithun (chef), Shambu and Shahid who took good care and made the trip memorable. Property is nestled between the tea gardens and the location is ideal to visit places.

Wake to birdsong. Zimr is located in a garden setting with district views. Comfortable, large and clean rooms. The host and her staff were superb. Breakfasts delicious. Nothing was too much trouble in arranging transport to explore the area and even assist in helping with our planning our onward journey

Beautiful place and not crowded unlike Ooty.

Beautiful place and not crowded unlike Ooty. Many tea gardens. Visiting in monsoon season (June/July) can be a bit restricting because of rain and fog but it’s still worth it. The road journey via Pykara falls is awesome and full of greenery and water bodies. Cherrie Berry is a great place to eat.

Coonoor is an awesome hilly town.

Coonoor is an awesome hilly town. Nature is at its best here. But many areas of the town are littered and not maintained clean. When will our people develop some civic sense and cleanliness and environmental awareness.

Only 2-3 place to see, very nice restaurants where you get...

Only 2-3 place to see, very nice restaurants where you get south and north indian dishes esp Coonoor Junction was superb. Better to take your own Car to move around. Not to venture out at night time since there are no street lights.

Plastic free area.Conoor to Ooty special train was fun for kids. Places like ooty botanical garden, rose garden ,doddapetta peak, tea factory,ooty lake toy train ride, tea estate,sims park ,Pykara waterfalls to name a few are a must visit.

Excellent place to get refreshing relax from the summer heat. Some good places to spend time, if you know where to go and you like outside walks. Sims Park well worth to visit (better time - at the morning), and Bagaicha restorant is very good place to eat.

It is a beautiful and small town nested in the Nilgiris where you can spend a couple of days, a few more days, or even a week depending on your schedule, but whatever be the time frame it will not disappoint you at all!

I love love love this hostel and wish I could have stayed for a week. It was so peaceful and the view out over coonoor was gorgeous. I loved Maya (the dog) who personally made the stay for me. The staff were amazing, very helpful in booking tuk tuks and keeping the rooms very clean. My bed was made every morning and the room was cleaned daily. This has such a homely feel, there is a book shelf with books and games you can help yourself to, as well as a beautiful outside area. One of my favourite hostels in 6 months of travel.

Owner behaviour was good enough from checking to checkout. He helped for booking auto/cab for local commute. Two lady care taker are there who takes care of home made food at reasonable cost if guest asks for. They prepares and serves hot at dining 🍽 area of the cottage. Location is awesome. At top of hill..and environment was very calm, soothing. For relaxing one or two days with friends or family at coonoor this property is recommended at budget cost.

the location on a hillside of the Coonoor jungles, beautiful views and sunrise view. Huge car parking space. V helpful caretaker.V sweet and helpful cooks. The caretakers have their own strawberry farms and showed us and also walked us innth3 jungle and near by tea plantation and showed us key plants and the way tea is plucked etc. V keynfor us...Pet Friendly and our dog loved the location too.

Lovely property. Felt more like a BnB and less of a hotel. Friendly staff. We loved the food. Freshly prepared and very tasty. The service is a bit slow but very friendly, they were very accommodative of our toddler's food requirements. We had a good stay and would love to return.
