Taj City Center is one of the best property in New Town Area. The best of this hotel is the hospitality offered to you is superb. No one can beat Taj's hospitality as they will spoil you with services and personal care. We stayed 5 days there and we felt like home away from our home. Special mention to Mr. Sanjay from the room service who is the best to take care of all your needs. The breakfast is good with choice of Indian and continental choices.     Room & AC was ok. Door lock is not working properly. Staff is rude. They do not have patience to listen customers concerns. If they do not change the behavior, way of communication, handling customers concern. They may lose business & same customers will not visit again bcz of staffs behavior.

    Don't be fool seeing all those good reviews. I think they are all fake. I've been travelling for over 15 year and this hotel was the worst of them The receptionist was robotic and rude. No smile, no please and he was ordering me to do things!!! He probably did not like because we checked in late. He was treating us like we are a bunch of illigal people wanting to say in his hotel. He was asking for visa, the day we came to india and even took our pictures using his mobile phone!! The room was on the top floor. It was so so noisy. Everytime a lorry pass by the hotel building, my bed was shaking. It is not possible to sleep at all. The floor was full of dust, toilet was dirty, no toilet paper, even the extractor fan did not work. I asked the receptionist to provide a clean room and this was their clean room. Surprisingly, the bed was comfortable. I will never stay there and avoid it at any cost.

    Had a terrible experience staying at this property. Cockroaches everywhere. Bedsheet and blanket covers weren’t clean. Couldn’t sleep properly at night due to constant noise coming from outside being close to main road.

    Please DO NOT STAY in this property, its probably the worst hotel that I ever stayed in - -Dirty rooms, with marks all over the floor & walls - Used bed linens with hair, dirt marks & holes all over which they refuse to change - Filled with cockroaches all over - in the bathroom, on the bed , under the bed , just everywhere -The receptionist & the caretaker couldn't care any less about the guests or their requests In short the worst experience I ever had & I have been travelling quite a lot for over a decade now.

    The room was dirty and moldy.

    The room was dirty and moldy. The air conditioning worked but was also dirty. There was already a fungus growing underneath it. Open cables can be seen in the bathroom and the power strip is falling off the wall. Breakfast includes 4 slices of toast with butter and coffee or tea. After seeing a cockroach, we left voluntarily.

    The photos shown in booking.com did not match with the actual room. The rooms were very dirty with cockroaches roaming around. The bed was not cleaned since Long. The room reeked of phenyl smell. Bathroom fittings were broken. The stairways were very dirty with dirty plates strewn around. With the kind of room, I never felt like ordering anything. A lot of things needs to be corrected in the hotel. The only positive was the staff. They were helpful.
