The receptionist is really the best, whatever I asked or needed, he organized it like a magician. It was all so easy and quick whenever I expressed what I needed (transport, train tickets, etc) The property is very nice and beautiful The rooms are really large Breakfast is delicious

Really nice hotel. I did not have high expectations given the very reasonable cost but my room was so nice - extremely big, extremely clean and the bed was super comfy. I had dinner there too, really good food and not overpriced. Best of all, the staff. Such a nice crew, very polite, extremely helpful in every way they could be. Special thanks to Tosif and Kaushal, absolute stars!

Their assistance with a wheelchair was not only appreciated but showcased a level of service that sets Taj Usha Kiran Palace apart. A special shoutout to Mr. Bhavesh, who took it upon himself to arrange a delightful walk for my father. His commitment and dedication to ensuring our utmost comfort were truly commendable. Ms. Aarushi's personal touch in organizing a drawing and coloring activity for our kid added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. The culinary delights served were a feast for the senses - the food and tea were beyond delicious. Our rooms were not just accommodations; they were cocoons of comfort, with beds so cozy that every night was a restful retreat. Ms. Riya, always at our beck and call, ensured that our requests were promptly and efficiently taken care of. The ambiance of the palace is nothing short of regal. With two temples within the premises, the atmosphere exuded peace and spirituality, making us feel like Maharajas in our own right. The room was very clean, better than in the pictures. Even if it was too hot, the temperature in the room was kept with the fan and the AC. And it is a new property, very well isolated. The area is safe, and there are very good restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was wonderful after the long day traveling. Breakfast in the morning was very complete.
