The property is good and neat - rooms are also well designed. However there was no preparation when a guest arrives- room not ready, had to ask for towel, soap, water and normal routine items had to be asked for. Was told that electric kettle is not for such rooms! There is no mirror in the room and not even in Bathroom. No service support and even had to ask for tea leaf and sugar- no milk sachet, no hot water while it can be a good destination - poorly managed and was not happy.
