We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was good. The staff’s reception was lovely, and their treatment was very polite. They were friendly and pleasant in their interactions. The hotel is clean and located in a beautiful area. The view of the waterfall from the restaurant and the flowing river is truly stunning. The food at the restaurant was very delicious, and the staff were excellent. We also enjoyed the sounds of the birds, seeing the eagles, and getting close to the monkeys.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed at many). The view from my hotel balcony is unparalleled. The interior design is tasteful, the room was very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Delicious and generous food at the restaurant. The chef, Harikrishnan. M, cooks with passion. Have to go back again. I already miss seeing the waterfalls from my bed.

The team is super friendly and the whole place feels really authentic. It's a quiet place with the focus on living a healthy life. The food is very healthy, tasty and simple, a real highlight of the day. At this place, you will experience mindfulness, yoga and spa in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. While the main focus of this place is on treatment with traditional medicine (e.g. with local herbs and detox-diets) that is practiced on-side, it's also a great place for having a relaxing holiday. When you want to have parties with alcohol, this is not the right place for you. Also, the rooms are clean, spacious and conformable.

Good location near the river and not too far from main road and bus. We took room without A/C and the room was better than we expected: it was big enough with big washroom and connection to the balcony and has 2 exit to the floor. Owner and stuff were very helpful even with our such a complicated request in the dry day :) We are very satisfied with our staying and reccoment this hotel.

    In my experience, this hotel is just overrated.

    In my experience, this hotel is just overrated. If you are not booking the exact "River View Balcony" room, it’s not worth the value for money. The check-in procedures were slow, taking around 25 minutes. Additionally, the photos on their Booking.com listing are not representative of the actual rooms, which was disappointing. The stay overall was just okay. I would rate it as a 3-star facility and quality hotel. While the rooms look new due to recent construction, they were not very clean and had a strong smell of room cleaner chemicals, which was unpleasant. Another issue is with their menus and pricing. They do not display GST or net amounts, especially on the restaurant menu. This feels like a hidden trick, almost a scam, and left a bad impression. The only positive aspect was the staff—they were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience slightly better. Overall, an average experience that doesn’t justify the hype or the price unless you specifically opt for their premium rooms.
