We booked the hotel during our stay for Coldplay coming from Sri Lanka we weren’t very sure if our booking would be available as there were so many hotel cancellations as we couldn’t make a prepayment supporting the payment method here in India.. but hotel manger was very helpful and very accommodating he guaranteed my booking and made sure both my rooms were ready when I arrived. Service here was excellent and the best we had during our stay!
