I booked A/c room. They showed me non A/c room. I booked again for A/c room paid 2500/. Not worth it. mattress quality is very poor. very hard it is. booking.com have to verify the quality of booking and the service. I had very bad experience.

We stayed for a week. It was an awesome experience. It's a very nice place with a great location. Walk across to the beach. The service which Anas, the caretaker, provided was excellent. The food he prepared for us was delicious. Anas also took us around the city, a beautiful temple, the lighthouse, boating and around. The beaches in Kappad are lovely and unspoiled... Quite a getaway. Overall, great hospitality and amazing place.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially when my sister had such a sore throat she needed a Dr. They directed us to the hospital were very supportive and kept breakfast for us. The room was clean and comfortable providing all we needed. The food at dinner and breakfast was particularly good. The location away from town made the hotel quieter and it had a bar.
