I had an outstanding experience during my stay! From the moment I checked in, Mainak was warm, helpful and most importantly humble and Chill . Haven’t meet someone like this . He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even upgraded me to one of the highest room categories — a gesture I truly appreciated. The room (6055) was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable, with all the amenities also with the view of Lake will be there in my mind. Thanks to him, my stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. He is a real asset to the hotel, and I hope his dedication gets recognized. I highly recommend this hotel — and if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Mainak, you’re in excellent hands!

    No water No tv ( they'll charge for it) No Ac but its included in fare No room service No break fast but they will charge for it No proper lift Room boys don't even help in getting luggage If u need hot water u should get at 5am No proper parking ( u should park in between dust bin) Its boy's hostel.. Lot's of noise in the night times No privacy to roam in floor No new bedsheets or towel No coffee or tea stall near by No proper wifi... If you ask some help like tv, Wi-Fi, water. Etc the boy will come after 1 hr or may not come even..
