The property is so well located in the center of town but yet so quiet and peaceful, it is just behind the busy bus stop but you cant hear a think, the pool is clean, the property is well kept and impeccably clean. The staff from the check in to the roo. Service and restaurant are polite, attentive, courteous and friendly. Just outside the gates of the property is a lane that has just about everything you need to enjoy your break in the Hill station. You can walk over to the train station and main market in just 10mins.

Has a relaxing stay at orchid. It was a really professional and friendly service in general. Particularly the front desk staff and breakfast staff made the experience very cozy. The property is not only beautiful but also extremely well-maintained, with top-notch hygiene and cleanliness throughout. The food was excellent—freshly prepared and full of flavor, making every meal a delight. We especially appreciated that the villa is pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry companion along for the trip. One of the most heartwarming aspects of our stay was seeing my father and mother truly relax and create beautiful memories together. The villa is also very senior citizen-friendly, with comfortable spaces and an easy, peaceful environment perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a perfect getaway that we will always cherish. Highly recommended for families, pet lovers, and anyone looking for a luxurious escape in Lonavala!

    We had an amazing stay at this stunning villa in Lonavala! The property is truly lavish and beautifully maintained, offering both luxury and comfort in every corner. The hygiene standards were impeccable, with spotless rooms and a well-kept outdoor area. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and catered to all our preferences — a big plus! One of the highlights for us was that the villa is pet-friendly, so we could bring our furry friend along, who had just as much fun as we did. Everything about our stay was perfect — from the warm hospitality to the peaceful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

    A busy Hill station suitable for a 2-4 day stay, you can seek out the secluded spots. Conveniently located and connected from Mumbai and Pune. Great for its chikki and fudges. There are some tourist attractions and good eating places

    Don't go there!!

    Don't go there!!The people are lawful and they don't allow uber . The local driver know the date I was leaving and then the asked the uber to leave. They charged 3 times do everything. There is no flowers . Just go on the Sean if u still do .

    Transport is not that good on the outskirts of Lonavala and is very expensive. I would advise anyone who is visiting to have their own mode of transport or choose your resting place near the station or bus stops. Overall its an affordable and good destination near mumbai

    Worst service by Staff for in house service and rooms were not clean mattress was dirty as if it was fallen in dirt asked them to give extra bed as promised by the reception person they denied n gave a more dirty mattress Recommend to not go to this place it's worst of ur money as they say 5 star service but give u 1 star service better to go to a cheaper hotel then waste ur money here. Only the location and the view was good but the hotel service was very bad specially for families and senior citizens.

    Very poor response by the property holders first of all location is not correct then on calling the given numbers many times they won’t pic the phone and told to talk on WhatsApp then they replied on WhatsApp that property is full no room available and them for complete day they jeen on massaging that ur stay is waiting it’s pathetic I strikly say to booking.com that remove this property from your listing else u will loose guest on behalf of such rudeness
