Our stay was made exceptional by the friendly ,always helpful staff . The rooms were very clean , modern. Breakfast was great included continental and traditional south indian items . The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful . They made food according to our taste . If I come again in Hyderabad(India) I will be definitely staying again here for sure. All the best to the always smiling friendly staff.

Hi Trident hotel team, I accidentally last my mobile on an Uber during my trip in Hyderabad, which is actually not related to the hotel, but the incredible help and warm support is so amazing, I’m so happy to sure my story to prove the team is the best. I must mention Mohit, Vinod and the security team, they check with me one by one of all the solutions I can access, take me to the police station, help me logically claim to the police officer, and done everything we can do in few hours. All this helpful advise and efficient reaction create my Diwali miracle, I really get my phone back in the next day! The most priceless things I gain of this trip is not about the jewelry I bought or I found my phone back, is the amazing people here. I’ll definitely back to this city and Trident hotel as I know I can always feel at ease here. Words could not express how much I appreciate for the help I gain here, thanks you so much. I had an outstanding experience during my stay! From the moment I checked in, Mainak was warm, helpful and most importantly humble and Chill . Haven’t meet someone like this . He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even upgraded me to one of the highest room categories — a gesture I truly appreciated. The room (6055) was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable, with all the amenities also with the view of Lake will be there in my mind. Thanks to him, my stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. He is a real asset to the hotel, and I hope his dedication gets recognized. I highly recommend this hotel — and if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Mainak, you’re in excellent hands!
