Exceptional Service and Memorable Stay I had a fantastic experience at your hotel, and I wanted to highlight a few aspects that made my stay truly memorable. First and foremost, I’d like to extend my gratitude to Sashi, who went above and beyond to assist me with my birthday decoration request. He decorated the room beautifully and was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. His attention to detail and positive attitude made my stay extra special. Please pass on my thanks to him! Additionally, the hotel breakfast was outstanding – a wide variety of delicious options. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had a wonderful ambience that I really appreciated. The security measures were also great, providing a sense of safety throughout my stay. Finally, the reception indian pretty lady, while I was checking in (I'm not sure of her name), who was very sweet and friendly. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the care taken to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning!

A very well maintained and new hotel. Staffs were very helpful starting from front desk to housekeeping. one best example of their hospitability and service level I could give is that my younger son left his Nintendo in the room and once I called the hotel they took extra effort to post this to our destination in India.

The reality matched the pictures. Our room was large and comfortable and overlooked the pool and the gardens and wás a joy to sit in the sun in the window - great that there were chairs provided for this. The bathroom was a good size and well layed out. The restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner and special mention must be made to Rajesh who went above and beyond at every meal. All the staff from the guards, reception, cleaning and the pool team were professional and helpful.

Decent sized room that had more than I needed. Bathroom was large as well. Cupboard, table, chairs etc all provided and bed very comfortable. My favorite part was excellent restaurant on site that gave a great breakfast and room service within 15 mins of being called up. The food was great and reasonably priced. Staff also very helpful.

    We visited several times before five years. Now moderate chances are feeled. But it is Nice. It was a very short visit nothing more to say. Only night we went Sabarees restarent and it was great. We visited all temples at Madurai, Tiruparamkunram and Algar Malai with Pazhamuthisolai.

    Madurai has a lot of places to visit so you need to schedule enough time - may be at least three to four days to do justice. City has changed a lot during the last five to ten years - traffic is very chaotic especially with narrow roads and the phenomenal increase in two wheeler riders. There is no direction from the railway station. There is infrastructure and development work going on at the main entrance for a long time now so some better direction is needed for people who are visiting for the first time.

    Madurai has the greatest eye hospital in the country. We made use of that and spent an entire morning at the Arvind Eye Hospital - the checkup is always so thorough and the doctors and nurses are incredible!

    Madurai is such a beautiful place to visit. I completed my schooling in Madurai. So many temples to visit.We will get Awesome vegetarian food there. I recommend Sabareesh restaurant ( Opposite of college house) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Superb food. Everytime we will have food from there.Do visit Thiruparamkundaram,Alagarkovil and Thirumalai Nayakar place in Madurai . Famous for jigarthanda ,chungudi sarees and Madurai jasmine flower.

    Small city with less to no decent public transport i.e.

    Small city with less to no decent public transport i.e. metro. small roads, crowded, parking spaces are very less and hence big cars will face problem. You can have good darshan provided you have patience. Because, even after paying entrance ticket you will see people in bunches move past you to get darshan without spending a penny will be frustrating. There is so much hype for food but in reality, the places are limited and even a famous restaurant/mess could not manage to serve the listed menu by 9.00 pm itself. It is called a city that never sleeps, may be road side shops and near bus stand and station might work. It is also very hot place and so chillout even by evening is a question. Very limited star hotels available. so plan in advance and with a vehicle & a driver will be good choice to visit temples and places of interest.
