Beautiful property, very well designed with lots of green space and individual separated rooms for maximum privacy. Aesthetically pleasing design for rooms with well kept and clean interior. Location is superb as well, nice clean beach on the front and beautiful backwater lake on the back and is walking distance from mangroves canoe ride activity. Very serene and peaceful. The owner Prashanth is an amazing host and a great guy, gave us a free upgrade and went above and beyond in his hospitality. A great place to vacation.

what a beautiful little cocoon after weeks of traveling. exactly what I needed. in this place my body could finally completely relax. a little house perfectly clean and comfortable, a beautiful beach, really kind people and good food. the reception helped me to book a taxi for my next stop. they even asked the driver to wait with me at the bus station in the middle of the night so I wouldn’t be alone. I would have stayed longer if I could have. you will enjoy this place and you will recharge your batteries here.

This hotel is located on a stunning beach, offering breathtaking views, especially from the second floor—truly magical! The manager was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. Breakfast was great, and we loved that we could request exactly what we wanted to eat. The level of service here is exceptional, making it a rare find. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Amazing decor, service. The best property we stayed in in India. Definitely worth staying. The hospitality was incredible also, we had washing and the team were so helpful in sorting this for us as well as recommending amazing yoga, restaurants, surf, and other recommendations during our stay. Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. As other reviewers have said the location is just perfect. A little bit further from the busy part of Varkala cliff, so the beach is less crowded and more peaceful here. The hotel rooms are very spacious, clean and has everything you might need. Staff were super helpful and friendly too.

if you’re looking for something off the beaten track that’s low key but nice this is the place for you. as there are few rooms the supper was chosen in advance by the cook and was delicious. very special. the manager, Robinson, is very attentive and wants you to have a lovely time. the lake views are lovely. if you want international hotel this isn’t for you. if you want something lovely with a local feel this is it.
