As a woman solo traveler, it was a safe and comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent and food at the property is really good. Beach is walking distance but I had no view of it from room. Overall good option as the event i was attending was in Panjim so this was nearby stay.

This is an exceptional gem hidden in plain sight of the most beautiful part of Panjim. The owners have taken a great level of interest in decorating and hiring the correct staff. Each room is special with its themes kept in mind. It is truly a heritage hotel. Everybody does a great part and has pride in what they do. If you would like to ponder over life or just daydream, they have many spots for you to have peace and quite inspite of the hustle right outside. Panjim market is 8 minutes walk with fresh fruits, bakery products, goan delicacies & lots of eating places. I would personally thank the manager, the guards, the chefs, particularly Mr.Pandhari. We have found a place to come back again in Goa. Thank you to everyone.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and our stay was just awesome. We had a perfect manager Inzam who actually arranged everything for us in the hotel, he was our personal angel 😇 who was at our service for any help that was needed. He even booked a taxi for us while we were leaving Goa. Inzam is a local Goan so he had best tips for us. Rohit Pande was in the Orchid restaurant and he was extraordinary with his service, everything that was requested at the time of breakfast or even at lunch he did provide us with correct orders, no room for mistakes in Rohit Pande's World. Sangramjit was also in the restaurant and he was a very polite waiter, happy with his service as well. At the check-out we met Supriya and she was also transparent with her activities and service. We spend 2 evening at swimming pool and Jairam was there at our service. We recommend this place for families, couples, friends. We r visiting them again next year with our parents.

Panaji is the center location of GOA You can head North for busy beaches You can head towards the South for a Quiet & relaxing feel, but with beautiful beaches. You can travel to Old Goa for Churches and temples. You get a Market for everything: Kaju, Alcohol, Fashion and SPA Casinos on the river, Dining Cruises

Panaji was a nice stopover for 3 nights before hitting the beaches. Very relaxed city and easy to get around whether by taxi or by foot. Interesting buildings showing Portuguese influence, and interesting places to visit including the fish market, park along the river and local markets.

I Solomon Wusu Stayed with my wife in Pescador Resort Dona Paula Panaji on 31 March 2025 and check out on 2nd April 2025 with my wife. Rooms Were not up to the Mark, Staff is not at serviceable with no etiquettes, service was so bad, I Regrate I would have booked Taj in that same price with booking.com, But since it has sea view and we thought that this might be right choice, but we did mistake, we came from USA and First we went to Chennai in Leela Palace that was awesome but when we came to Pescador Resort In Dona Paula Panaji it was horrible. We would like to recommend every one not to go in that Pescador Resort their are many other choice with that price, food was not at all good.

Medical services should be improved.

Medical services should be improved. Taxi rates are a bit steep but local transport is also available on fixed routes. Fisherman's wharf, Kokum Kanteen, Panjim Inn and the Ritz classic are some of my favourite eateries there.

The Immaculate Conception church is beautiful. With the Portuguese intricate interior. Fascinating. For Goan food visit George Restaurant just below the steps of the church. Walking on the Mandovi river boardwalk Watching the floating Casinos

The location is very good, within walking distance of the attractions. For the Old Goa you can take local bus, from bus station, which is like 800 m distance. The owner will give you a map, and even a plan, how to visit Panaji (Panjim). Sharon and Roy will take care of you, like a mama and papa :) Very warm-hearted and helpful people, I had sore throat, they gave me medicine, and made ginger tea :) Spacious and clean rooms in a beautiful old house.

Lovely rooms in a plush hotel. Good facilities and very good staff, always on hand to help. Casino on site, but you would hardly know it if you are not a gambler - no noise, no crowds. Great pool and excellent views over the river. Good position within Panaji to visit town, Fontainhas, river and old Goa. Good breakfast and dinner restaurant - or open air by the pool. Wish I had stayed longer.

It was centrally located and everything was accessible. But best of all was Deric. Such a gracious host, he gave us a complete guide to explore both Panaji and the rest of Goa. He pointed out all the best places to visit and even gave us a map of the city for directions. He was very responsive and proactive, which eventually made our trip a very memorable one.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Hotel Bela while I explored Panaji, Old Goa and the nearby Mirimar Beach. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly! There are some wonderful restaurants out the front of the hotel as well and the beach is very close by to wander at sunset. I enjoyed my stay here and would reccomend!
