The room and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. Maintained very well and it's a budget friendly stay. The staff brother is also a very polite and cool guy.

The hotel location was simply superb. Very attractive jackfruit tree located nearby which gives pleasant smell and stay. Very budget friendly hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and they have serving the authentic Kerala breakfast and we like the puttu and cuddle curry what they served and dinner with barbecue was excellent

Resort location & surrounding

Everything about Pepper Trail was amazing. As soon as I entered the gates It felt so tranquil. I stayed in a premium villa, which is really large and airy and has a veranda for watching the birds during the day or just relaxing. The pool area is so peaceful, surrounded by tropical flowers & plants. All the staff went out of their way to help with anything, they were very knowledgeable about all the wildlife, plants and spices. The food here is great too, if I had one small quibble, it’s that you always got way too much food. I would highly recommend Pepper Trail.

Amazing and brand new property with huge rooms, comfortable bed, lovely pool and amazing service from Cheeku and his family. He was even calling me to check that I was having a nice time whilst he was in hospital with his 7 year old daughter who was unwell. Loved the atmosphere this place has. Me and my wife were here for our honeymoon. Suresh ettan and Lena Chechi, along with Smitha Chechi, were wonderful hosts and tended to all our needs. They shared jokes, food, and experiences with us, making us feel like family. This is a go-to place for everyone who's here looking for a calm and tranquil environment. After booking my slot at the Captain's Cove property, I arrived with my family around 3 pm. The host was waiting for us and guided us to what facilities were available. The host was a very humble and nice person. We stayed 4 nights. I can explain what facilities are available in Captain's Cove: 1. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. 2. Every bedroom has AC, and every bathroom has Greeser 3. Our garden is very nice and spacious; children can play at garden 4. Power backup is available (Inverter) 5. Refreigarator is available 6. The Internet is available with Wi-Fi 7. Each and every room lighting facility is very good 8. Car parking has enough space (at a time 10 cars can park in the garden) 9. The water supply is good, and in 5 mins we will get water once we switch on motor 10. A kitchen is available. Guests can prepare home-made items here 11. In the kitchen, gas, vessels, and kitchenware, there is no need to bring any vessels. All are set in the kitchen. We can only bring the necessary groceries. 12. The terrace is highlighted with nice lighting, you can stay and enjoy nature 13. Morning nature view is awesome 14. The total garden is a very nice view. IMPORTANT NOTE: The host is very humble and is very responsible to the guests. If we face any issue once we call the host, he can respond immediately. There is no doubt in this scenario. And also host can also help to share the visiting places if we don't know much visiting places. We have visited Wayanad natureal places. All the tourist places are awesome. There are many most beautiful places are in the Wayanad. We must visit the wayland in the life at least once. Thank you, Sir. Rooms are beautiful, modern and with a lovely balcony and amazing views. The pool is fabulous - I would have liked it if they had sun loungers (maybe something they could add). Staff made our stay unforgettable, especially Rishad and Shimitha who really went out of their way to make our stay special. When it’s quiet the place is magical and relaxing.
