Wow, what a property, This place is a huge farmhouse, surrounded by pristine green mountains We felt like king when staying in the stone houses Children enjoyed a lot with facilities like swing, slide, games, & the dedicated 1st floor room (having carrom board, chess, bean bags etc)

Property is absolutely amazingly located with an amazing river and Mountain View. Sunset is the highlight from the balconies and restaurants. Although understaffed, those present are very warm and cooperative. They helped us with everything. Hotel room is impeccably made with international standard. Entire property is green and very clean. Food is also well made, buffet breakfast is satisfying with Indian and English options.

La vita nouva is an excellent choice we made for our vacation, everything was as we expected,rooms,food,staff all was excellent and the swimming pool too but just one thing swimming pool needs to be properly cleaned we found some algae..rest everything was perfect.

The staff members are exceptionally kind and good natured. They are extremely helpful and will do everything within their power and scope to make your stay comfortable. They went an extra mile to cook exclusively for my two year old kid even when they had a full occupancy. The cleanliness is surprisingly a four or a five-star hotel standard. They have a bar and the decent thing is that the bar is in an altogether different location from the restaurant allowing for a fine family dining experience. The food is excellent and I was surprised with the spread and choice for the breakfast Buffet. Further, the owner of the property, who is a young dynamic individual, visits the property for a couple of hours every day to interact with the guests and to ensure that things are running smoothly. This definitely helps. It is surely worth the money and I am staying there when I go for our Lataguri Safari again, next year. And this is when I have stayed in some of the better known properties around lataguri... If you are in two minds, just go for it...
