Hallmark is the neat & tidy condition of the hotel and the rooms. The hotel seems to be brand new and the staff were so courteous and helping by any means. Rooms were well furnished and best of items were provided in the washroom. Though walkable distance to the Sai Mandir, the location was quiet from noises. My first visit to Shirdi had a really pleasant stay and darshan.

Excellent hotel. Very clean facility. Gayathri and Rahul (Both reception staff) were really welcoming and helpful. Lots of places to eat around and lots of shops as well. Senior citizens entry gate is 3 mins walk from the hotel. Gate 2 is 2 mins away. Overall, very comfortable.

The proximity to the temple and yet away feom the crowd and noisy roads. The place was very neat and clean. It's not a fancy place yet The staff is so accommodating and has only been an epitome of great hospitality irrespective at what kind of property they are working at.     Nice place.Only i dont like Darshan by paying Money.Its business...why cant we keep Darshan open.why v.big line.God is for everyone....why we pack God in one room....?And create rush.... Line for sr.citizen is seprate from outside...inside again it was with all age....no use of that.lots of walking and step climbing and coming down for all people....which is not necessary.I visited shiradi after 22 yrs.I feel Darshan was good before 22 yrs.Saibaba was in open hall....that was real beauty of temple.🙏🙏🙏 Jay Sai nath 🙏 Need to stop business of making money for Darshan of God....i really dislike that.

    I found spiritual bliss by being absorbed in the feet of Sai Baba. Shirdi is a very holy place. Everyone should come here and get the blessings of Baba. I believe that all your wishes are fulfilled in Shirdi only.

    While we have visited Saibaba temple a few times before, the visit to the temple became a bit difficult. Despite buying the aarathi and darshan tickets, we bhad to spend a lot of time in the queue. Inside the temple, there was chaos and the staff was letting people from all directions. Buying darshan tickets did not give any advantage. We could not see and pray Saibaba properly , firstly because of the crowd and secondly the gaurds were pulling people away without giving sufficient time to pray. I hope the administration will look into this process fully and improve the experience for the devotees.

    Extremely holy place.

    Extremely holy place. Please book online your darshar or Aarti passes for smooth experience. Note Vande bharat too is a great train which can help to do darshan in one day. Its a soul connect. Let each one explore. I would want foreigners to experience this aarti experience too, its a lovely energy and divine. Just book online passes , especially aarti paases.

    I liked the idea of providing transportation back and forth...

    I liked the idea of providing transportation back and forth to the temple. The staff welcoming the visitors; the attitude of the staff on the whole was commendable. The variety of food provided for breakfast etc to walk barefoot was a little difficult in the temple.

    Irresponsible staff, bad smell in the room, no hot water, the occupants to use hot water as per their timings. The tariffs is very high compared to other hotels. Very surprising as per online booking the selected room not allotted and directing to adjacent hotel that is dirty Sai Sulochana. Avoid booking to this hotel. Best rooms are available on the main road with good transport to reach Sai temple. This hotel we have to walk atleast one KM to reach main road.

    We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Room wasn't great looking (like those fancy hotels) but it was practical, spacious, clean and tidy. The room had 2 bathrooms. Room service was really good and quick. Also, Shirdi Sai Baba Temple is at walking distance from the hotel. Special shout out for the manager, Sachin. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
