Very peaceful Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Food, clothes shops, beach, plenty of restaurants to choose from. All walking distance, just a few meters away. We asked for recommendations for food and we were honestly spoiled with choice. We were really pleased with our stay. Having stayed in a few places in goa, I can honestly say, this was our best stay and wished we stayed longer before going back up towards margao Even helped out with getting us a taxi to the airport, all recently priced. Great staff, 10 min from the beach , so if you have a vehicle then it's all good. Clean and comfortable room. The owner went over and above to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

The staff were amazing, Vippin was so helpful throughout the stay and the complimentary coffee in the morning as well as port wine was delicious. The location is very close to the beach but it is more peaceful which you really experience in the morning and evening. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious and fairly priced.

Super clean and comfortable, very close to the train station. The staff were so kind and allowed us to check in at 02:00 because our train was late. They were accommodating and kind. Breakfast was really good too!
