Comfortable rooms, beautiful garden, friendly people. Due to circumstances beyond our control we were stuck in Delhi for a few days, and they were communicative and flexible and let us reschedule our stay. Everything was there, and if not they arranged for them.

Hospitality and food were great. The staff took good care of us and were humble, and not imposing. The owner was very welcoming and gave great recommendations of restaurants and helpful advice for our motorbike trip. The hotel was perfectly clean. There was a parking spot for the rented bike.

Very clean spacious rooms. Amazing staff (shout out to manager Naman, and head waiter Ravi). Nothing was too much trouble. We ended up staying for a week after our son got altitude sickness. The guys had oxygen on hand, and knew exactly what to do. In house food is amazing. Location a short walk to main bazaar, but very quiet with views to Stok Kangri.

Had an amazing stay at Kaal Hotel in Leh, Ladakh from May 20th to 21st! The staff were super friendly and helpful - they really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The hospitality was top-notch, and the service was really warm and welcoming. Made my time in Ladakh truly unforgettable. If you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil setting, away from the busy Leh town, this is the right place. It is also a great stargaze spot providing clear skies. The host, Arif is very welcoming and very great knowledgeable about his hometown. He is very genuinely nice and always kindly assisting the guests in all enquiries which needed regarding Leh. They have everything you need. From hot water for shower, karaoke, greenery view, the place is well decorated. I truly enjoyed the stay and hospitality. Exceptional! Thank you for the stay
