I recently stayed at Vivanta Thane LBS Road and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel itself is luxurious, very new and beautifully maintained. From the moment I arrived I noticed the exceptional service and attention to detail from all the staff which made the experience truly memorable. A special mention must go to Yash the Duty Manager who went above and beyond to ensure that everything during our stay was perfect. His professionalism and warmth made my wife and I feel very welcome. I would also like to highlight Saurabh in Mynt restaurant who provided outstanding service every time we dined there. He took great care in making sure I was comfortable and his friendly approach added a personal touch that made a real difference. Overall my experience at Vivanta Thane was excellent. The combination of luxury surroundings and attentive staff makes this hotel stand out. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

This is newly built hotel which has very friendly and welcoming staff. They were able to accommodate my request very well and I was very impressed with the warm hospitality of all staff members. The hotel construction hasn’t fully completed but I enjoyed my stay so far.

All the staff in Reception, room service, housekeeping and bellboys were excellent. Special mention for Aishwarya Jaiswar, Amol (Reception who helped us check in), Rama Mausi in housekeeping. If staff provides good service then other minor things are always let go by guests. Keep up the good work.

    After the first night there, I booked into another hotel.

    After the first night there, I booked into another hotel. I couldn't wait to get out of that depressing atmosphere. I had to stay in my room for a long time each day to work, but it was too depressing to be in such a dilapidated room. It was filthy & mattress worn out. Tiles were cracked. Do not waste your $ on such a filthy place. REceptionist doesn't understand English. I had to write it on a piece of paper for her to read. It is not a hotel set up for tourist. After the first night there, I went to the counter & barked at the receptionist, "Checking out. Not happy here." She asked me to see the manager, but I couldn't be bothered. I made it clear I would give them a poor review, for the room supplied was too appalling.

    It was fairly a clean area.

    It was fairly a clean area. The wall arts were a feast to travellers . Malls in this area were also well facilitated. However Railway station n premises were very unclean and slushy when rains. rain water draining system to be improved and these public areas to have more civil servants and volunteers to assist commuters.Public transport facilities to support night travellers to be improved!

    This is a village, NOT APART OF MUMBAI. The people here were very pleasant but not prepared for visitors. There are not many options for shopping and eating. As a woman, I felt very unsafe at night as some of the locals would not even let me call my own taxi because of the crime against women there.

    Dont stay in Hotel de grandeur Worst Hotel Ever. No Lunch Facility, Towels are dirty and torout. toilet smelling like hell TV remotes not working. No body attending complains even after follow up. no drinking water provided. pine ka pni bhi nahi dete mangne par bhi.

    It is s hopeless property , very bad experience in terms of load shedding . There was power cut in every 10 min from 9 PM to 12 Mid night . They have allotted me room no 405 , near by they have given the room for the movie shoot , lot of people were sitting outside the room and huge noise from inside the room as well from outside . Very bad experience . Never to be be staying in this Shit Hotel call Planet Hollywood . 😡😡😡😡😡😡

    The location in Thane is great and very central, there are a lot of options for dining within 10 min distance by an autorickshaw. The room is compact but clean and comfortable enough for a single person with all the standard amenities available. The overall ambience is fuss free and good. The service is prompt and the staff is very professional. The bathrooms are small but functional.
