I experienced the best customer service I've ever had in over 35 years travelling the world. Mr Prem, the Front Office Manager, and his colleague Mr Timan, went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. i won't go into detail, however their efforts enabled my safe and timely return to the UK after my stay in Trichy. My sincere thanks to them both. The hotel itself is well equipped, clean and comfortable, meeting all of a traveller's wants and needs.

Bit far to walk to the central bus stand but restaurants down the end of the block and autos to hail down there too. Backs on to a relatively nice residential area so feels safe. Very clean quarters and quiet at night.

Thee location is perfect - at the heart of Trichy! The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. The duty manager Mr.Jagadeesh was very helpful in suggesting options for my later night check out. The hotel has multiple restaurant catering to all tastes - the buffet breakfast at the roof top with live dosa and egg station is a joy to start your day. All the staff were very kind and helped us with our orders diligently. The rooms are clean and the house keeping staff are readily accessible for last minute assistance with shaving kit or extra pillows. I used the car from the front desk for local travel on both days i stayed - taken care by Shankar who is so friendly and knows Trichy to be a professional historian and guide.
