It is a nice hotel. It has got a small swiming pool (allocated times for men in the morning then women in the afternoon) Rooms are big. Staff very attentive to sort out any problem that you report. Parking is ample. There is a free shuttle to city centre every half an hour on the dot.

Fantastic location and service. Sumptuous brrakfast, fills you for the entire day. Room is spotless and new. The shrines are fascinating. Typical, impeccable Iraqi hospitality. Convenient to transport as it is right by the checkpoint and Karbala beltway where taxis drop you off. Highly recommended!

    The hotel is a short distance to the Imam Hussain shrine.

    The hotel is a short distance to the Imam Hussain shrine. They run a shuttle service every hour which is really helpful, but if you want to walk its only 12-15 minutes walk to the shrine. The room was clean and quiet and the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety to choose from. If you're visiting the Imam Hussain shrine and are looking for a short stay this is a good option.

    سوئیت پریمیوم ما دارای وسایل مستعمل و سخت افزار کهنه بود و...

    سوئیت پریمیوم ما دارای وسایل مستعمل و سخت افزار کهنه بود و اصلا در حد سوئیت پریمیوم با هزینه دوبرابری نبود و فقط متراژ آن 58 متر مربه درست بود . الباقی امکانات کهنه بود و اصلا توصیه نمی شود با این مبلغ می توان هتل های بسیار شیک تر و نزدیکتر به حرم را رزرو کرد. امکانات حداکثر در حد یک هتل 3 ستاره معمولی بود.

    Hotel pushed me to charge my credit card exchange rate of 1usd=1610 but in the market it was 1310. it means they overcharge. i had to pay 70 usd fee to a person pay hotel in cash. i would like thank Mr. Ali kazmi in the hotel for his support however.

    The room and specifically the bathroom was so dirty it didn’t worth the money we paid although the staff was very nice and friendly but it wasn’t like a 5 star hotel at all
