The location is amazing and the surroundings are breathtaking. We loooved our beautiful cottage and it made our last night in Iceland very special. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was clean. It was very warm inside with the heating. The tiny kitchen was just what we needed to prepare some quick meals. We would love to spend at least two nights in the area next time and explore Akranes.

The staff were amazing, especially Dinko who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was spatious and clean and the spa was a great way to rest. Breakfast was varied and tasty. We even saw Aurora from our window.

We only stayed one night, but we really liked how equipped our room was. The place is also quite away from other towns, so perfect to spot the aurora if you have clear sky. They also have hot tub and sauna but we didn't use it. You also have possibility to have dinner or breakfast since the kitchen in our room was well equipped we didn't eat in the restaurant.

Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. I had to shorten my original two-night stay to one. The helpful staff offered me a room upgrade for the cancelled night and a credit for one night for future accommodation. Absolutely great customer service, which you don't find everywhere. The hotel has a great location and an excellent breakfast. Everything is clean and beautiful.
