Location is amazing, so convenient, close to the main restaurants and the coolest spots. The staff is another level, they were incredible and provided us with all the info and tips we needed. Due to a storm on our last day, we were unable to book any cab and one of the staff members took us to the bus station. So, so kind of him.

Perfect location - easy to find and navigate around. Lots of nice restaurants around, and convenient to reach local attractions and shops. Room is very clean, spacious, and well taken care of. Beds are super comfy. We really appreciate the little bathroom light that goes on so we didn't need to turn lights on when using the toilet at night. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Seamless check-in and check-out. The cat is lovely - constantly sleeping and unbothered.

    ive already answered these questions twice. we paid for a superior room and got one. Neighborhood is out of the way but has great views and animals and is near the road to Costco. we spent 2 weeks driving the entire island and enjoyed it. This place has a theme tastefully done and modern amenities.The Viking Hotel restaurant where you check -in has a nice themed restaurant good food and service.

    Hlid Fisherman's Village had lots of "viking" character with some very interesting maritime realia, close proximity to Icelandic horses, heritage chickens, a koi pond, cedar sauna and two rooftop hot tubs. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the view was to the sea.
