The kitchen was easy to use and well-stocked. Loved the option for using both grill and counter top oven. The clothes line was convenient and appreciated. The place was comfy yet spacious and had an nice option for outside sitting (and even grilling). This was one of of our favorite spots in our two-week tour circling Iceland.

Very clean rooms, everything brand new renovated , brand new quality beds, pillows and duvets, towels. All the facility were clean, the shared bathrooms had amazing views and good showers. Always enough papers, trash always emptied. Kitchen had everything you need very spacious and clean. We met the hotel manager Lilja she was amazing , she told us history about the place , very easy to reach staff on site. Lilja was more then welcome and educated about the place and herself well traveled around the world. She showed us the old historic elements of the houses. The stay there was so peaceful and homie. This will be a place we will come to again without a question. We had the most amazing time there and there is nothing negative to say about our stay. Amazing environment there and energy was unmatched. What the owners and facility is doing with the place is amazing and inspiration to mix the new with old. it was very clean, the hotel manager was really nice and welcoming. The hot tube was a very nice surprise we really enjoyed it and the breakfast was superb. Location was very nice in a quiet location in the woods but close enough from town.

wow! The cottages are everything you can wish for and more. The view on the lake is breathtaking. All the facilities in the cottages are great. We cooked dinner and breakfast and it was perfect. The check in / out process was hassle free.

The cottage is so adorable!! We were there in small group of 3 people and it was really good we had space and the cottage is not small :)! We appreciate terase, grill, river and the space - we really felt amazing around nature, river and siting on terase it have so good feeling we are sad we didnt stay some days more but definitly i save this cottage for next time :)! Thank you
