My stay at this resort was one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve ever had. Reception and Welcome: The reception and welcome were exceptional, with attention to detail from the moment we arrived, including luggage handling and valet parking service. Facilities: The experience of swimming in the hot spring waters was one of the best experiences of my life. Additionally, the resort offers fantastic facilities such as a cold jacuzzi, a hot jacuzzi, a steam room, relaxation rooms, massage rooms, reading rooms, a gym, and a terrace for viewing the Northern Lights. Accommodation: The rooms were very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The decor was elegant, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was the best ever, and the bed was one of the most comfortable in the world. The view from the balcony in the bedroom was very beautiful, and we were able to see the Northern Lights. Food: The food was delicious and varied. The restaurant offers a wide range of local and international dishes, and every meal was a unique experience. The service in the restaurant was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. Overall Impression: We enjoyed every moment we spent there, and everything was perfect. I will definitely repeat the experience many times.

Excellent customer services, especially from Karolina and Tim. They gave good advice for my day trips and help organize transport to & from airport. Very close to Blue Lagoon (hotel has free shuttle to & from)! Nearby lava field and hiking trails for short day trip. Good selection for buffet breakfast. What's best is ability to see northern lights with the help of hotel wake up calls.

I liked everything about the house, is the first time that I can say that I really liked everything, it is so comfy you feel like you are in your own home, the owner really nice and we could talk a little bit, you have all the facilities including a room to watch movies with a sofa, the breakfast was awesome all delicious, you have everything you need.

The place is located 30 min from the airport. We arrived at night after a long flight. The place was very cozy and spacious, and the kitchen was equipped well. On top of that, the apartment was very clean. The check-in progress was very simple as well.

Fantastic location, it felt remote but not isolated (we still managed to get some food delivered in the middle of some quite bad weather!). The views were spectacular and the property itself had such a comforting but modern and polished feel to it I couldn't have asked for more. Getting there was an easy drive from Keflavik airport - thankfully as we arrived in a red weather for winds and rain warning time so I was very glad for a short drive and such a good place to stay to see the storm pass over while we still got to experience seeing and feeling some of the wilds that Iceland offers! Inside everything was perfect and there were basics there so we would not have been stuck if the weather had stopped us going out for a while. Really a great property, so unique, it was one of the more expensive places we stayed at during our 11 days but we thought it was absolutely worth it for the experience. Can't recommend this place enough.

Incredible friendly staff. We travel a lot as a family but this was really special! We needed help because our flight home was cancelled and everyone at the reception was extremly helpful with arranging a stay for another night. We were so lucky! I can only recommend to stay at this hotel.
