Hong KongThis is truly a world class hotel, situated high on a hill overlooking the sea, in the middle of nowhere. Beautifully decorated room, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom with steaming hot water.
Our evening meal in the stunning restaurant was superb, seafood chowder followed by Arctic Char, perfectly presented.
Reception at checkin was friendly and efficient. We requested a delayed departure until 1:00pm which was granted without charge.

ItalyThe cottage is new, fully furnished. The position is amazing and we also saw the sunset two evenings. Just you enter inside, you would not go out anymore since it is so comfortable. We really appreciated the desk and the chairs for the outdoor where we took a lunch.

BrazilOur stay in the Potato Storage was perfect. Regina is a terrific host, very kind and friendly. The place is amazing… You can see the nothern lights from the window (cabin 1). The cabin is ideal for two people, so confotable. Regina thinks in every detail, it was all clean and organized.

Hof seemed to be a small city, perfectly located if you are renting a car to see the area, we came from Vik, and we drove all over the Jökulsárlón and returned on the evening to the hotel. as every village in Iceland, you need to pay attention to the exit, but google map was able to find it and we didn't have any problems. We booked the 2 double room, assuming we needed to share the bathroom, little did we know that the two rooms are part of a cottage and it was like a big 2 bedroom house rather than 2 double room. Breakfast was amazing, and I suppose in aurora season, you can look up and see the northern like, but even if there is no season, waking up to the nature was mind blowing. it was perfect for us, 4 friends who did the ring road in 9 days!Guest review byLauraUnited Kingdom

Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed to cook a few dinners during our stay here (we had picked up groceries in Vik as there were not any grocery stores in this area). There is a hotel with a restaurant up the road as well This was a great location to explore Skaftafell Park and the Glacial Lagoons on our stop around the Ring Road. We stayed for two nights here. Hotel has a restaurant - it is a good idea to make a reservation as there is not that many places near hotel with dining options.
