Really great hotel to stay in the south of island. Unfortunately we’ve only been there for one night. The staff is very friendly and open for any questions. Delicious dinner at the restaurant and a perfect breakfast. The hotel offers a lot of activities like horse riding or hiking tours. Comfortable beds. We didn’t miss anything

the place Is very special and peaceful. We loved the little hottub and the view to the waterfall. The house is nicely renovated and cosy. You had what you need to prepare dinner and if something was missing you could take spices etc. from the kitchen in the main building. The hosts were nice and friendly and Anna baked a new cake every day.

Location was very good, quite near Skogafoss (10min drive) and Seljalandsfoss (20min drive), but it was still far from main road, which makes it very quite. Check-in and communication with the host was easy and clear. It has all the amenities for a short stay and I would definitely repeat it in a next time. :)

I would have liked to have more time to get up in the...

I would have liked to have more time to get up in the mountains and hike, visit the glacier, and explore Vestmannaeyjar islands. The property was very convenient to explore many attractions, like Skogafoss and Seljalandsfoss, and also not too far for a day trip to Vik.

The restaurant experience and food were the best of our entire trip, we were welcomed and discussed wanting to see the northern lights. While at dinner the chef came and told us that the lights were active (unfortunately not for long) and that he would keep our food warm while we went out, we then got a knock on a hotel door approx. 30mins after leaving the restaurant and it was the chef again prompted the lights (PS. we got engaged under them)! We appreciated the attentiveness and going that extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

The is a quaint hotel decorated with period furniture. The main hotel only has 7 rooms, it has a number of appartment in a detached building. If your looking for a ultra modern hotel this is not for you. The staff were really passionate about what they do, nothing was too much. We ate in the restaurant the food was amazing. Being able to watch the stars is the hot tubs was a great bonus

Wonderful surroundings that felt like a very good representation of southern Iceland. Pure, beautiful Iceland :) Nice breakfast and a calm cozy vibe overall. Took us about 2-3 hours to drive to Jökulsárlòn at the biggest glacier Vatnajökull and Diamond Beach from the hotel, beautiful drive as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Boutique Anna Hotel for all the good reasons. The facilities were excellent and included a sauna. The view, the decor, and the meals were all excellent. It's a pity that we didn't stay longer, as there are nice trails to follow for more sightseeing.
