This modern hotel in Húsavík is amazing. It´s right at the center of the city, has free wifi and huge breakfast. The room was great, and bathroom had underfloor heating. About the location: it's 40 minutes from Fossholl (Goðafoss and Geitafoss) and 1 hour from Akureyri.

We arrived earlier than planned and had checked in without problem. Owner was very kind and assisted. 2 steps from the port and perfect for whales watching tours. We arrived during music festival and observed the fire works from the terrace. Amazing.
