The hotel is very clean and new. Bathroom slipers is provided. The espresso machine is very beautiful. Saw a bit of Arura although is not really in the season. Breakfast is good. Nice restaurant.

It was exceptional. The view was stunning, the bed was extremely comfy, the room was clean, check in was smooth. Waking up to the view was refreshing, the interior design looks great as well. Enjoyed every second there.

The location and views from the property were amazing. The big windows in the main living area were great for watching sunrise and sunset and it was good to be further away from the main road. The kitchen seemed new and it was great to have a proper oven with four hobs rather than just two hobs that we’d had in other properties. The property was very clean. We wished we’d stayed longer than 1 night as the location was so good. The posh hotel across the road served the most amazing hot chocolate.

THe kitchen and cooking utensils are very clean. That impressed me a lot. The shared bath toilet was very clean at all times. The staff are very friendly.

The cottage was super nice. The pick-up was easy at the reception of the guesthouse (and there was the possibility to get dinner and breakfast there as well). The location was great. Quiet with a great view of a waterfall/the mountains and just 10 minutes drive away from the Glaciar Lagoon and Diamond Beach.

Hotel is very easy to find as it's positioned just to the main road. Room was very spacious (biggest one we had on the whole trip) and breakfast was very nice.

Incredibly clean and modern room; I had a private bathroom which was roomy and again, very clean. Nice quiet location, but not far from Diamond Beach and the Glacial Lagoon. Staff was really helpful. Communal dining area very clean and pretty quiet
