Loved the spa and sauna. It was so relaxing, especially after a full day of going about in the snow. The breakfast was also lovely and all the staff were so friendly.

Very conveniently located, friendly staff, everything was nice. The shower was exceptionally nice also. The hotel has a good breakfast buffet, and there is also a very nice bakery in the entrance. The hotel’s location is very nice, opposite the harbour and near a pickup bus stop.

Check-in was a breeze and the staff were helpful with all queries and questions. They even helped to book a tour and also called the operator to make sure that the tour was operating. Hotel is centrally located and very close to pick up points for most of the tours. Would definitely recommend it. Breakfast was marvelous and there was a lot of choices.
