First of all the location, placid, truly beachfront! Secondly the amazing bay window sea and beach views. Third the setup of the apartment, clean , modern, new, quality bedding and amenities, homey, cozy. We really appreciated a truly queen size bed at last and not two little singles together plus a very well equipped, modern kitchen.
