Hotel Tindastóll was hands down the best hotel we've stayed at during our trip. Gorgeous building and rooms, with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is fantastic, and I'd highly recommend trying the various drinks and spirits made in-house; our favourite was the mead made with arctic thyme.

Check in was very easy. It was a very cosy room with shared toilets. Toilet and rooms were very clean. Also saw horses while cooking in the kitchen. It was a great experience staying here.

I loved the clean and comfortable rooms, and the shared kitchen was well-equipped and convenient for preparing meals. The location was excellent, close to the beach and the charming town of Sauðárkrókur. The views from the top floor were stunning, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
