The staff was very nice and helpful. We asked for extra radiator for our room and we got it within an hour. We also had to leave early in the morning for the airport, so we got breakfast packs and coffee for our trip.

The cozy self check in Hotel Skoga is just 5 minutes walk from the spectacular Skogafoss Waterfall situated at the foot of the Eyjafjallajökull glacier.

Excellent location at the end of the Fimmvorduhals hike, 5 minutes walk from the famous Skógafoss waterfall. Check-In was perfect - it is actually a self-check-in and self-check-out. We got a code for the room by email and that's it. We haven't met anyone from the staff (only at breakfast). Breakfast was perfect - all the usual popular food, whatever one needs.

Location was very good, quite near Skogafoss (10min drive) and Seljalandsfoss (20min drive), but it was still far from main road, which makes it very quite. Check-in and communication with the host was easy and clear. It has all the amenities for a short stay and I would definitely repeat it in a next time. :)

The apartment is a gem. It's right next to the Skogafoss and you can plan the hikes around the waterfall while staying here. It had all kitchen utensils we needed to fry, heat food from the market. We were also able to see northern lights during our stay. The host gave clear instructions for self check-in

Located directly next to the popular Skogarfoss (waterfall). If you are looking for a stop somewhere in this vicinity then it is a good spot. The rooms were as expected and common facilities (bathroom and kitchen) were also good. The self check-in was also good and the staff member we needed to call to work out the door code picked up the phone immediately and helped us out.
