The breakfast was a typical Icelandic breakfast. They had little extras though like homemade rhubarb and orange lemon jam. Also they had a tea that was made from a herb that is found around there.

Very comfortable bed a perfectly clean room in this sober modern design hotel. We enjoyed view on the extraordinary Myvatn lake and a family of sheep roaming around. The chef prepares exquisite meals, we would recommend the lamb a the chocolate cake. A bowl of skyr for breakfast is a must. The members of the staff were fantastic, kind and helpful, very professional. The sauna on the third floor has a view and the lake and terrace to chill out.

Excellent location. Close to a lot of points of interest in Myvatn, Godafoss, etc. Lovely town. Has all kitchen essentials. The town also has a restaurant that serves tasty food.
