    Vogar is obviously just a bedroom community for Reykjavik...

    Vogar is obviously just a bedroom community for Reykjavik with little there except a hotel, a motel, and a single uninteresting restaurant. It is convenient to the airport, the Blue Lagoon, and an excellent lava tube attraction. It is also close to the recent volcano eruption should you want to see than. The volcano was sleeping when we visited. It is far out of the path of the lava flow so it is quite safe.

    It was close to airport.

    It was close to airport. Room was overpriced for the accommodation. Breakfast we had to pay for but wish we would have just stopped at a gas station instead. The guy wears a chef jacket but only thing that was cooked was boiled eggs. Price for breakfast was too costly for what you get.

    Very good place to stay! all the rooms and the kitchen is new, very clean and comfortable. The woman that responsible to this palce reallt nice and helped us a lot with ideas to where to travel in the area. It is highly recommended hotel!!!!!!!

    Generally OK, but is not a real European hotel, its Islandic "hotel" for a very high price :)
