We booked last minute as we were travelling through Acquasanta . From the outside we were dubious but we were greeted by friendly staff and the room was a surprise, newly decorated, very clean , good supply of towels and great hairdryer . Parking was no problem . Breakfast was served in the bar downstairs

PALAZZO CIOTTI is right in the centre of Ascoli Piceno and all the sights and eating places are very accessible. Our room/bathroom was superb - we really liked the modern/slick decor and the contemporary and very comfortable furnishings. The breakfast (served in the restaurant) was the best we had travelling round Tuscany and Umbria as we were served with lovely fresh fruit; a most wonderful granola with creamy yoghurt and honey and tasty fresh pastries. Perfect! Staff were all friendly and parking (10 Euros) was provided close by. Our one night stay was excellent value for money!
