Our apartment was spacious, tastefully furnished, clean, and very well-equipped. Ilario, the host, was really friendly and welcoming. We had been left drinks and snacks, which was a nice suprise. The bed was really comfy, and we slept really well. Lovely organic toiletries were supplied. There is plenty of outdoor space with garden furniture and also 2 BBQs, which we didn't use. The location is ideal for reaching the nature reserve. It's a 10-minute drive, bicycles were also available. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area and it's a short drive to the village of Rispecia which has a supermarket, chemist etc. We would definitely stay here again. We've been visiting the area for over 10 years and this is the best place we've stayed in. We'll definitely come back! Highly recommended!!

Amazing location close to the road and cycle path to the Marina Albarese beach. Terrific view from the garden over the farm’s olive trees and vineyards and across the valley to the East. The apartment was one of just two on the ground floor recently converted below our hosts’ house and had all we needed. Roberta and Luca were wonderfully responsive and helpful and helped make our stay a delight

Everything around the property is taken well care of, and the pool area is nicer and bigger in reality than what I expected from photos. The room is very spacious (opposite of claustrophobic) with plenty of furniture to assist your needs at the stay. Windows and doors offer various configurations to let your preferred amount of light, wind, sound and mosquitos in. Air conditioning was fine, but not the most efficient kind. The breakfast could do with more varieties of egg preps because there was only boiled, but over all the quality of food was excellent and I was able to reach my macro nutrients goals.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really liked the pig farm, which is right next to the accommodation. Satisfied piggies ♡. We were also very satisfied with the location of the Italian countryside in a pleasant walking and cycling distance from the center of Alberese. We really appreciated the free rental of bicycles in the accommodation. With those it was possible to reach the beach in about 30 minutes. Tip: In addition to the Maremma Park, we also recommend a trip to the Tarot Garden by the artist Niki de Saint Phalle and on the way to stop at the beaches with dark sand in the Capalbio area (approx. 40 minutes by car).

Perfectly located, 5 min walk from Alberese (gateway to the Maremma national park) and the shuttle bus to the beautiful beach. The farm itself was tranquil, pretty, and had a lovely pool. Ippolito and his parents were very welcoming and the evening meals will be a special memory.

Very beautiful location which cute and clean rooms. Staff was really friendly, supportive and just lovely. Breakfast was very authentic, with local food and a lot of home made cakes. We were delighted by it. The hotel offers dinner (more course menu, with Tuscany antipasti, pasta, main course and desert) for a really fair price. It was just delicious and the wine was really good. Pool, the surroundings and all was perfect, we enjoyed it and will definitely come again.

Beautiful remote location in Alberese. Staff were incredibly friendly, and Fausto even offered to come and pick me up from Grosetto, and waited for me while I did my shopping. They also upgraded my apartment free of charge as it was empty. Beautiful people, beautiful place - and beautiful animals (cats and horses).

Excellent place to stay away from crowded locations If you like quiet country site Lovely staff, good wines, excellent beaches. Especially beach Marina Di Alberese, if you decide to go there make sure you go before 10:00 as there is limited parking area
