I would live there. Cleanliness was excellent! Bed was extra comfortable. There is a large green field which gives extra relaxation. Host is cooking the breakfast from top to bottom, you can smell fresh cakes from kms away. And it was not only one type but at least 5. All are very delicious. I love it and will plan another trip there.

Amazing location close to the road and cycle path to the Marina Albarese beach. Terrific view from the garden over the farm’s olive trees and vineyards and across the valley to the East. The apartment was one of just two on the ground floor recently converted below our hosts’ house and had all we needed. Roberta and Luca were wonderfully responsive and helpful and helped make our stay a delight

We had our own small Appartement with everything you would need. Gessica was super helpful and kind and offered all kinds of advice. The park Maremma is easily accessible from the agriturismo and is totally worth a visit.

Everything around the property is taken well care of, and the pool area is nicer and bigger in reality than what I expected from photos. The room is very spacious (opposite of claustrophobic) with plenty of furniture to assist your needs at the stay. Windows and doors offer various configurations to let your preferred amount of light, wind, sound and mosquitos in. Air conditioning was fine, but not the most efficient kind. The breakfast could do with more varieties of egg preps because there was only boiled, but over all the quality of food was excellent and I was able to reach my macro nutrients goals.

    Very beautiful location which cute and clean rooms. Staff was really friendly, supportive and just lovely. Breakfast was very authentic, with local food and a lot of home made cakes. We were delighted by it. The hotel offers dinner (more course menu, with Tuscany antipasti, pasta, main course and desert) for a really fair price. It was just delicious and the wine was really good. Pool, the surroundings and all was perfect, we enjoyed it and will definitely come again.

    The house is very well located. We wanted to be near Parco della Maremma to go by bike to the beach. The housekeeper was kind and prepared a simple breakfast for us. Overall the bedroom was clean and the house had a country side style to it that made it feel stopped in time, it was very calm and quiet. It was also very near the center of Alberese where we randomly ended up assisting to a local town BBQ, which just added to the charm of our experience in this region.

    Beautiful remote location in Alberese. Staff were incredibly friendly, and Fausto even offered to come and pick me up from Grosetto, and waited for me while I did my shopping. They also upgraded my apartment free of charge as it was empty. Beautiful people, beautiful place - and beautiful animals (cats and horses).

    Excellent place to stay away from crowded locations If you like quiet country site Lovely staff, good wines, excellent beaches. Especially beach Marina Di Alberese, if you decide to go there make sure you go before 10:00 as there is limited parking area
