I book the hotel every time for my business trips to Malpensa Airport and in particular the restaurant and its menu is outstanding. Very good and friendly service in every respect. It is like being hosted by friends. Attentive hospitality that you will not find in any big hotel around the airport.

The facilities and the cleanliness of the place. The size of the deluxe room and the washroom. The beds were super comfy. Breakfast was nice and the gym was okay for travel workouts with pulley machine. Stayed at chateau monfort also which was $600 a night but honestly this was better with $100 a night

Nice, quiet and authentic hotel in an amazingly green area with a small but nice pool away from the building. Old style and with lots of personality, a library to chill in, a garden to wander, and if you don't mind squeaky floorboards in the old villa, this is the dream. Staff were reserved but friendly, we felt right at home, and the staff gave guests space to just be. Fantastic associated restaurants (both La Scuderia and O'Lac), even though the breakfast was a bit plain. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was well made, and the staff were friendly. The town was lovely, and early morning walks around the lake were wonderful. Underground parking was spacious and easy to access. Traintracks run relatively close by, but the trains are so sparse that it didn't ruin the experience.

As a queer couple we felt respected and welcomed. EV charging worked without problems. The spa has everything you'd expect from a hotel spa and is nice and clean. The other visitors were respectful and adhering to hygiene standards (which isn't always the case so I feel it should be pointed out). Overall, a relaxing stay. Perfect for a stop on the way further south/north, depending on where you're coming from.
