When arriving, we were met with tons of locals and tourists having their aperitivos at the restaurant with their dogs in tow. I was so happy, having my own dog way back at home in Sweden, to find so many nice dogs to say hi to. The staff were nice and accomodating, the food was rustic and good - and they changed the menu every day. Perfect place for us.

We got a super warm welcome! The host are super friendly and help with everything. If you come with a bike: they can put them in the garage and even helped us out so we could clean our bikes. :)

Everything about the place! Simonetta couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful; the room was large, also the extremely comfortable bed (so I overslept!) and the ensuite shower-room/toilet. Breakfast was excellent and abundant and there were a cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer available for use if required. My car was safe overnight behind locked gates. Two friendly dogs and two equally friendly donkeys added to the pleasure of the stay (missed seeing the goat!)
