I absolutely loved this hotel! I stayed in the room with private swimming pool and I think that it was the best choice, the view of the room is amazing and swimming pool surrounded by the trees what is gorgeous. For me this hotel is the best place for doing kind of retreat and to stuck my mind from everything. SPA treatments are highly recommended! A huge warm thank you to all stuff of the hotel! Thanks to all of you I felt like in the second home! I’ll definitely will get back!

Staff was very helpful. Especially Mary and Victor. Room with garden view so no street noise. Hotel little outdated but clean and decent! Good space to park. Basic but good breakfast. Location good for stopover or for a few days to explore the area. Hotel bar open till late and several restaurants nearby!

Good restaurant close by. Hotel need urgently to be renovated. Never a 4 star hotel. unhygienic old carpet, wallpaper torn and moldy, plumbing partly rusty, 1 small window, feels like in a prison. Better don't go for breakfast, nothing fresh, all item packed up, terrible toast, all served on plastic plates

You expect more from a 4-star hotel.

You expect more from a 4-star hotel. Rust is unheard of in the shower. The bar is inadequately stocked. The choice of carpet in the room is highly questionable, especially when the other half of the room is tiled. The amenities are bare bones, like any B&B.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff are all lovely, especially the owner Francesco. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool area is my favorite spot. Though the hotel is by the road, you can’t hear any traffic. It’s a great base for visiting Milan and Como. Arosio is a charming town with a supermarket, petrol station, nice restaurants, and even a cinema nearby. The hotel also has a restaurant. Highly recommended!
