From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth. Everything was clean and tidy, and the view over the area was absolutely stunning. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we received an excellent recommendation to dine at Taberna Macaria – the food was delicious. The town itself is incredibly charming and beautiful. We enjoyed many walks through picturesque alleys and corners, always met with smiles and kind words – what a hidden gem. In the evening, we had another great meal and were welcomed with genuine warmth at Mercato Ristorante Enoteca. Our stay ended with a very nice Breakfast If you’re thinking of visiting Artena – do it! You’re guaranteed a good night’s stay at this place. We’ll be back soon.

I had an excellent stay here with family in late September for the first day of the Ryder Cup golf in nearby Marco Simone. The setting for the property is fantastic. The rooms were very spacious, modern and comfortable. We really enjoyed the excellent swimming pool as well. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the restaurant, which was fantastic. Food and wine was excellent, and great value also. Overall, an excellent and memorable few days. Would highly recommend.

Old town with small streets, every house takes care about flowers and decorations in their surroundings, beatiful sunset. You can make trip to Albano lake and visit sights arround the lake. If you do not like to drive in narrow street you should check which one will you use to reach destination.

The property is authentic historic house where you truly enjoy piece and quiet. You reach the house only by foot (about 4-5mins from the free parking). There is a beautiful and suggestive view from the room. The bed is very comfortable! And the fresh breakfast?! Oh my, it was SO lovely! Maurizio is a very pleasant and generous host. He recommended 3 restaurants to us in the area around Artena and all 3 were rated 10/10 from us. We will definitely come back!

A brand new apartment in the modern part of Artena. The place has a huge terrace and is equipped with everything necessary for a short or long stay. Spotlessly clean and in a new building. Coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, you name it. The owners were extremely kind and kept asking me whether I was in need of something and how I felt. Thank you very much, indeed!

Such gracious hosts! It really felt like you were part of the family, from the warm welcome, the wonderful and plentiful food, the conversations about the town and it's history, it all made the stay so memorable and comfortable. I can't wait to return, I would nearly go back to Artena just to stay here! 11/10 P.S. I know the review is a week and a half late, my apologies!

Amazing place to stay with the most wonderful and hospitable people. Located not far from an old town of Artena, 7 minutes drive. Well equipped rooms with comfortable beds and nice balcony. Breakfast is served any time you need and you get a lot of delicious home made food. Strongly recommend!
