Excellent hotel! We spend a week for skiing, it was the best ski vacation ever. The ski lift is near by, 50 m from the hotel with direct acces from the slope. The spa area is very beautiful with an area for everyone with one inside and one outside pool comunicating each other, a baby pool and a jacuzzi, with sauna and hammam. Another area is adult reserved with 2 saunas, jacuzzi pool, kneipp pools and relaxing areas. Tea and water are offered by the hotel with oranges and apples. The appartement is huge with 2 rooms, terrace and a bathroom. Dinner is rafined, delicious and for all tastes. Alpine menu, italian menu and light menu are proposed every evening, but you can choose between dishes. Light lunch is complementary and very good- actually a vegetarian salad bar. Good wines- local and national are proposed for an extra cost. The bar is excellent with great music. Everybody is very kind, I felt like a princess all day long. The manager is very kind, always there and all the hotel crew is top, from the ladies in housekeeping, to the spa experts, reception staff, waiters and bartenders. So, thank you very much for this excellent week, we enjoyed it every single moment!

The hotel's location and facilities are really great. The hotel has a huge and excellent spa area with a few heated swimming pools. The facility is wonderfully green and offers amazing mountain views. Upon arrival, you receive nice welcome drinks and an introduction to the hotel. There are plenty of hiking routes to keep you entertained during your stay, and the hotel offers various activities for guests to join.

Great place and amazing zone of relaxing and spa. I liked how the exteiror was and the interior except the room. the room needs an upgrade looking at the design. I really liked the sauna with the natural lake.

Everything is perfect. The property could not be more perfect -at least the part we used. Our suite was more then enough big for our 4 people family. The clearness, the equipment of the room was excellent. When you will tray the breakfast you will understand the meaning of "excellent" breakfast - we can not find anything that was not offered. The dinners were exquisite. The staff is at the very high level, always prepared the serve your needs. Thanks to every member!!! We are already planning when to return.

    I found a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Avelengo's serene surroundings and tranquility provided the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The calming atmosphere, coupled with the breathtaking views, made it an ideal destination to unwind and escape from the noise of the city.

    5 days in avalegno would have been enough but we had 2 of...

    5 days in avalegno would have been enough but we had 2 of those days travelling. So recommended time is 5 - 7 days for people like us who do not like to Jam Pack their days. Its is beautifully scenic and well maintained. Take note that the botanic gardens are closed in winter. Aditionally whilst places advertise the availability of renting all ski gear, no one rents snow shoes, pants or jackets, so plan to bring your own so as not to miss out on the fun.

    Everything was absolutely perfect. The service and the hotel itself went far beyond my expectations. The staff were friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was soooo goooodd, the kitchen, dishes that could easily be compared to Michelin-level quality. The atmosphere of the hotel was elegant. You simply cannot go wrong by choosing this place. A big thank you to Stefan and the whole team.

    This was one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the spa suite and it was well designed, comfortable and even had a private sauna. The hotel never felt over crowded. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. We can’t wait to come here again.
