My stay at this hotel in the mountains was nothing short of magical. The breathtaking scenery and views were unforgettable. The rooms were beautiful and charming. Warm and friendly hospitality. Now our third time staying here, just a lovely hotel. Very authentic and rustic vibes with big comfortable beds and two balconies with amazing views! Bathroom is modern and very clean, the shower pressure is amazing. The staff are so lovely. Will definitely come again.

It still has the charm or a traditional Albergo with the downstairs area still having the charm of its origins in 1930. However our room on the new 4th floor had comfortable bed and a fantastic walk in rain shower which provided the necessary simple modern comforts. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast each morning was lovely. Location for skiing is particularly good as the Frechay lift is now a modern funicular that gives you quick access to the Frechay and Greasonay areas better than from Champoluc. If you want to go into Champoluc for nightlife then you will have to take a taxi or have a car . However for skiing it is a good option and one which exceeded our expectations.

We stayed whilst running one of the Monte Rosa runs. We couldn't fault our stay. Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly (driving us up the mountain from the bottom of the village at request and cooking us some food late after we finished our run). The rooms were well equipped, food and drinks were great, and fantastic view and location (if you want easy access to trail routes or ski slopes). Definitely recommend.
