I love to stay in this hotel. The manager, Tanina, is very helpful and supportive. She guided me the way to find the car park. She is eager to help me the places to go in the hop on and off at ferry tour. The hotel host gave the guests a lot of gifts including bags, facial cream sets and biscuits and drinks. The breakfast is to go to the nearby cafe where I can select a lists of breakfast sets. Tanina is very cheerful and energetic. She works from early morning till late evening. I enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Loved the location and view. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Loved the spa area and its facilities. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We totally loved our 3 day-and-a-half stay at this hotel. Situated in Rivoltella, half way between Desenzano and Sirmione, was far enough from the busy areas, but close enough to reach them either by bus (we didn't have a car) or walking along the beautiful promenade on the shore of the lake (reachable in 2 min, down a little street just across from the hotel). We walked the distance to Desenzano in 30 min., for example. Everything looks like described, all very clean, good water pressure in the shower. There is enough room around the pool and the jacuzzi& the top terrace (no need to run from breakfast to occupy pool beds). The covered pool was great for us because of the right temperature (not too warm, not too cold), but also because it is 120 cm deep, which meant we could relax a little, allow our 9 year old to spend the whole day in there while we could actually concentrate on our books without feeling the need to watch him constantly. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, varied (boiled eggs, omelette, bacon, salami, cheese, fresh croissants and cakes, yogurt, various seeds, cereal, cut up fresh fruit), some plant-based options, good enough coffee, juice. Our room had a small balcony, enough for us to sit outside at the table and play cards or just enjoy the greenery around. We had lunch twice - simple but tasty sandwiches & caprese, and dinner once - they have a limited menu, but quite tasty and reasonably priced. But the thing we appreciated most was the staff, very warm and helpful, in a natural way. We felt that they all wanted us to relax and rest. There is a very good atmosphere in this hotel.
